Automatic urinal flush valves can be self closing and water saving.The brass inductive Urinal Flush Valve just leave without flushing,automatic flush without sensor in 24 hours,water flush for 3-5 seconds.Flush valves installation is introduced below:
Twine the teflon tape in the inlet thread,then lock tight this product in clockwise with wrench jaw. Unscrew three screws with cross screwdriver these are on the back of rear cover,open the rear cover then unscrew 4 screws of battery box.
When install should pay attention to
Clean the pipe before install,incase the impurity damage of the solenoid valve.
Block the inlet before clean,in case the impurity will flow into the solenoid valves.
Don't inlay the essy to reflect objects,such as stainless steel,Don't install similar sensor light ,in case avoid the inductor to auto open.
Don't install the electrical sensor at direct sunlight place or strong light irradiation,in case the sensor performace degaration. After Complete the installation,need do strict water pressure test (under 0.9Mpa,keep 30s).Make sure there is no leakage at hte inlet and outlet,then could paint the walls and stick ceramic tiles.
If the water pressure less 0.1Mpa,flow rate less 1 liter/s,need install 1 inch booster pump to increase the water pressure.
